Haemul Pajeon is the Korean dish that converted me into a Korean food lover. Sure, I had eaten bulgogi and chap chae before, but I was never blown away by those 2 dishes. Haemul Pajeon may seem like a simple omelet or frittata, but what I like most about it, is how thin it is and how it is sometimes crispy on the edges. Honestly, I can devour one order all by myself hihi
