Cyma’s watermelon salad is one of my favorite salads of all time. I love how well the different flavors combine. What is in it exactly?! Watermelon, lettuce (yes, there is lettuce underneath that mountain of watermelon), capers, feta cheese, olives (which I ignore) and grilled lamb. I am pretty sure they add some secret dressing/vinaigrette to this spectacular salad, but since I am no chef, I really don’t know what it could be. Has anyone tasted this yet?
