Did you know that Starbucks Manila actually serves a fish and chips wrap?!? I didnt! So when I saw it, I almost peed in my pants with excitement (ok, exaggerating a bit). Its basically fish, with potato wedges and seasoned with mustard. I liked it, although I wish the chips were crunchier (which I know is quite impossible). This is something I will order again :)
Starbucks has a new sandwich. The Starbucks deli sandwich on a baguette. I had this for brunch and it kept me full for the entire morning/early afternoon. Yum!
I haven’t been too happy with the new sandwiches offered at Starbucks. So when I couldn’t find a place to eat at for lunch today (no baon and all other restaurants at our building was full), I half-heartedly decided on Starbucks.
Not knowing what to order, I asked for the suggestion of the barista. He suggested I try out the Roasted Chicken Pesto and Shiitake on Flat Bread —- and he eagerly told me it was really good. Lo and behold… It was! :) I was very happy that I could actually taste the pesto, and the flat bread was different from the normal ciabatta or wheat bread.
I think I should not have generalized my opinions on the sandwiches at Starbucks. Today’s Lunch Sandwich just gave me a reason to give the others a chance ;D
This is half of an order of the french toast from Starbucks. Comes with butter and maple syrup. I don’t get that anymore, because this is sweet and buttery as it is!
I wonder where their bread is made, because its H-U-G-E. Eating both slices in one sitting would be too much for me.
2 new Starbucks breakfast sandwiches that replaced my favorites. Left: Spam, egg and cheese on cornmeal bread. Right: Vigan Longganisa, egg, mozzarella on whole wheat pandesal.
Cinnamon Swirl. Starbucks. Drool.
5 cheese turnover from Starbucks!!! Delish!
what is this?!? It’s my newest discovery from Starbucks… A 5 Cheese turnover :)
Iced Mocha Cappuccino… too sweet for me.
